Yes, Apple will auto-renew your Kleo subscription if not canceled. You can cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, you will have access to Kleo through the remainder of your subscription term

You can cancel your Kleo subscription anytime. On your iPhone: Open the Settings app > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions > Tap Kleo > Tap Cancel Subscription. For more details, see Apple Support. Kleo uses data on your speech attempts and performance, in order to create personalized lessons and keep track of your words and progression. No location-based data is collected

Our content currently extends up to the B1-level, covering basic conversational skills in past, present, and future tenses. Kleo's focus on speaking and active production provides a valuable practice tool for learners at many different levels. More advanced content is planned

Yes! Everyone can complete the free lessons across all languages. Subscribers can access all content across all languages. To return to the language selection screens, tap on the four boxes in the top left corner of the Learn page

We can look into this for you. In the video lessons, you can click on the "Explore it" button and then "Flag an issue" (speech). To report a speech recognition issue in the Vocabulary lessons, email us at support@meetkleo.com
